lately we have recieved a couple of advertisements from friends in NJ about a restaurant in Molt, Montana where they serve bluegrass music with breakfast. Where in the world is Molt, Montana, we thought? But we thought we would check it out. So Saturday at 7:30am we took off for Molt. Driving through a different part of Montana was interesting and as beautiful, maybe in a slightly different way as the mountain ranges aren't as visible. After about 1 hour we began to think that we certainly won't do this again. But we trudged on and thanks to Gypsy, our GPS we finally arrived to a "town" of about 3 buildings. On one two story building was HARDWARE on one side and PRAIRIE WIND CAFE on the other side. We go in..."Please sit anywhere you find a seat." The Rambling Laurals" (after a town called Laurel) was going strong. The only seats were right in front of the band, which was good. Afew minutes later, sonmeone asked if they could sit with us.."of course. please be seated". It turned out to be a actor from Los Angeles, a publisher from Philadelphia and a production manager for a filming company in billings, Montana filming a documentary. Isn't that cool? So we stayed there listening to The Rambling Laurels . eating great food and visiting with every one around us...you know Frank, he knows no strangers. :-) it was a great time and we decided we would go back again.
